We do not have a physical store, but we do have a wide selection of retailers across the country that sell our products. You can also visit our Workshop located in Miami – Florida.
• Our Hats and Bags are made in the United States, Asian, India and Morocco.
• Material to decorate our Hats and Bag, come to all over the world, France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Turkey, United States, and many Others.
• All crochet fabrics are made by us, with exceptional yarns.
• Decorations are Hand Made by us, in our workshop.
• Our Toquilla Straw hats are handwoven in Cuenca, Ecuador then shipped to us.
You can choose and customize both the hats and the bags. Please note that an additional charge will be made, and the delivery time will be 3 to 4 additional business days.

• You will not be the same size in all of our hats because hat styles and shapes vary in size, therefore, each hat might fit you slightly different due to the shape of the block used.
• It is best to measure your head and use our size guide to make sure you select the correct size for each style.
• if the hat fits largely, some of our hats have an inside ribbon that allows to reduce the size, and you can adjust perfectly it.
• In those hats that do not have this ribbon or that come in one size, please contact us to sales@trouverdesign.com and we will happy to send you a piece hat size reducer.
Use our size guide that will help illustrate how to measure your head.
• Your hat should sit comfortably on your head without feeling too snug or hurt when it is on.
• Please nota that Hats do not fit the same as a caps.
• Each model fits differently, the most important thing is for it to feel comfortable and at ease.
We process orders quickly. We will do our best to accommodate a change or cancellation. It is best to contact us immediately at sales@trouverdesign.com
We are unable to make those adjustments at this time.
• if the piece you want is ready, we will send it in the next 2 days from our Florida Workshop
• Orders usually are dispatched within 4-5 business days from our Florida workshop.
Shipping takes upwards of 2-7 business days.
We do offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. Please email sales@trouverdesign.com to confirm availability.

▪ We are sorry to hear that you wish to return an item.
▪ If you want to return your purchase, please note that you have 14 days to do so, please email us at sales@trouverdesign.com Please include your order number and the reason you are returning the item.
▪ We will send you an email with the instructions to follow. You can get your money back or we give you a store credit that you can use whenever you want.
▪ Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in perfect condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels attached and in perfect condition.
▪ We will notify you by email when we receive the returned package and we can effectively process your return either by returning the money or through our store credit.
▪ NOTE: Shipping costs will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products are not in good condition, have been used or altered in any way, or if the original labels are missing.
• Once we receive your return in new, unworn condition, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
• Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. We will notify you by email when we have processed your refund.
• We are unable to process a quick exchange online at this moment. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

A Final Sale means the item cannot be exchanged or refunded for credit or cash value.
You can not return or exchange a final sale item. No exceptions.
